Gain access to a 6--8-or 12 week active online plan that is catered to your strength level. We meet the youth where they are and break them into groups - Beginner (runner up) , Intermediate (shifting gears) , Advanced ( go getter). The stages will allow us to level up the youth without compromising their physical ability while still challenging them to become better.
Each class will focus on development, fitness, hygiene, financials, and nutritional guidance.
Do not be alarmed if you are interested in a particular class or online plan, but do not see it listed in the shop. Send us an email and we can further discuss your request.
